Ambito Systems LLC was founded with a clear purpose: to simplify the way sales teams prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Jonathan Tabak, a seasoned sales leader, witnessed firsthand how sales and customer success teams struggled with inefficiencies and inconsistencies in QBR preparation while working with several global software companies in the Boston area. Sales and customer success teams were spending countless hours gathering data, updating slides, and delivering reports that lacked standardization—making the process frustrating and time-consuming.

Jonathan recognized that QBRs, which should be a vital tool for reviewing performance and setting future strategies, were often outdated and inconsistent, leading to missed opportunities for growth. Sales leadership was left to make decisions based on fragmented information, relying on guesswork rather than actionable data.

In collaboration with Tom Sroka, a forward-thinking technology architect, Jonathan set out to solve this problem. Together, they developed the Ambito QBR Generator™, a platform designed to automate and standardize the entire QBR process. With seamless CRM integration, customizable branding, and standardized reporting templates, Ambito empowers sales teams to generate professional, data-driven QBRs in just minutes—saving time and ensuring accuracy.
